An answer lands while you are looking somewhere else. You hear it instead of watching for it.

Where it does not work, and why

A conversation whose execution is remote — a cloud session, a task running somewhere else — is not read. Reading takes the content at its source: the conversation trace on disk for the desktop apps, the page itself for the browser. A remote conversation leaves its effects on your disk, never its dialogue. Anything built on that trace is blind to it, and answering falls with it, since it has nothing to aim at.

Everything else works: dictation anywhere in Windows, and reading and answering on the desktop assistants and on their web versions through the extension.
